What I'm reading

What I’m reading: July

It’s been a busy few weeks but I’m managed to squeeze in a few books. I have wanted to read ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’ for a long while and it did not disappoint. I was gripped from the start and its well worth the hype. I would suggest blocking out a day, making copious amount of tea and snuggling down with this book because you will not want to put it down.

The second book I have been enjoying is ‘My Cousin Rachel’ and I LOVE IT. I finally read Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca during lockdown and I can’t quite believe it took me until 31 to read it because it is just amazing. I found My Cousin Rachel a little harder to get into at the start but it’s just as amazing, and Daphne du Maurier’s writing is just so special.

Let me know if you have any book recommendations, I would love to hear them!
